Our Role and Responsibilities

Our role and responsibilities on this project include the following activities:

  • Implementation of professional supervision over the execution of works.

  • Monitoring compliance of works with design documentation, technical regulations, and contractual obligations.

  • Quality control and monitoring of the progress of works.

  • Reporting to the client on project progress.

  • Participation in technical inspections and handover of works.

  • Monitoring the warranty period and resolving any deficiencies.

  • Carrying out activities by FIDIC standards and applicable laws and regulations.

Scope of Works

The scope of works on the project includes the following:

  • Construction of 167 km of new gravity sewers.

  • Installation of 4.73 km of pressure pipelines.

  • Construction of 60 pumping stations.

  • Construction of 53 overflows and other hydraulic structures.

  • Construction of 78 crossings and 5,875 preparations for house connections.

  • Renovation of 12.35 km of existing sewers.

  • Construction of two wastewater treatment plants with a capacity of 36,940 PE for Zabok and 14,690 PE for Zlatar Bistrica, both with tertiary treatment.

  • Construction of a sludge solar drying facility.

  • Increasing the number of connections to the public wastewater collection and treatment system.
